ð Teriyaki Parmesan Burgers with American Cheese - your new go-to burger! ð
Ingredients:
For the Burgers:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred for juiciness)
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices American cheese
4 burger buns (toasted)
Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles for garnish (optional)
For the Glaze:
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
Make the Burger Patties:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, teriyaki sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, pressing lightly in the center to help them cook evenly.
Cook the Burgers:
Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
Toast the Buns:
While the burgers cook, toast your burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
Assemble the Burgers:
Place the cooked burger patties on the toasted buns. Drizzle the teriyaki glaze over the cheese and burgers. Add your preferred garnishes such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
Serve:
Serve the Teriyaki Parmesan Burgers with your favorite side dishes and enjoy the sweet and savory goodness of this burger!
